Went in for Virginia state inspection. A few hours later I get a call recommending I get my power steering fluid changed. I declined their offer being I had it changed at Toyota about a year prior. A couple hours later they call and tell me my truck is ready. I go in, pay, and realize they rejected my inspection due to my power steering fluid. My truck has zero leaks and is diligently cared for. I only went there because I am going out of town and needed the inspection ASAP. I get free inspections at the dealer I bought it from but did not have the time to sit up there being they don?t do appointments for inspections anymore. Ended up taking it to the Toyota dealer and it passed with absolutely nothing wrong with my power steering fluid. This place was a waste of my time and $20. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.....

ladies at the front register were amazing, felt frustrated with the first inspection, my back right brake light was out and over the phone was told several times that the bulb was the only thing that needed to be replaced to pass after replacing the the bulb with my boyfriend, i came back for a second inspection, and only then did they mention that the cracks in the case of the same light needed to be replaced to pass. understandable that i needed to replace it, but completely confused as to how they did not see the cracks on the case when they were looking at it to tell me my bulb was out. they initially offered to replace the bulb for me for around $100, i understand the upcharge just being. how car places work, but frustrated that the crack didn't seem to be a problem for passing until i refused their replacement. not a horrible experience but seems either backhanded and shady that they might've passed me if i had accepted their replacement bulb for $100, or concerning that they didn't see. massive cracks in the case over the light that had to be replaced the first time....
